Numbers 29:39-40

³⁹ ‘You shall present these to the Lord at your ^(A)appointed times, besides your vowed offerings and your ^[a]voluntary offerings, for your burnt offerings, your grain offerings, your drink offerings, and for your peace offerings.’” ^40 [b]And Moses spoke to the sons of Israel in accordance with everything that the Lord had commanded Moses.
